Most buildings start within the same week. On Professional and above our team imports your Excel list for free; on Starter it is a one-off £49, and on the free Apartment plan you enter flats yourself at sign-up.
Card payments run through iyzico and go straight into the building’s account; the service and processing fee is added to the resident’s payment and management receives the full dues amount. Every plan also offers bank transfer with receipt. The free Apartment plan has a small fee per payment; paid plans have none.
No. Residents can use the same account in a web browser. The iOS and Android apps are coming to the stores.
Apartment is free; Starter and Professional can be cancelled monthly. Pay yearly and you pay 10 months instead of 12.
