No. Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and exclude VAT. You can pay in pounds or lira; lira payments use the rate on the day of payment.
How are flats counted?
We count the independent units registered in the system, including empty ones. We let you know in advance when you are close to your plan’s limit.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Is there a free trial?
You can try the live demo straight away without an account. In the Founding Customer Programme, the first 10 customers get a free 30-day pilot with their own data.
Why is Premium a 12-month contract?
Your branded app is published on your own store accounts and needs maintenance with every iOS and Android update. We charge no set-up fee and cover that work through the 12-month term.
Do residents pay anything?
No. The resident app and web access are free for residents.
How is the service fee calculated?
There is no monthly fee. A Binago service fee is taken per online payment: ₺50 on payments up to ₺3,000, 1.5% above (min. ₺50). The service fee is added to the resident’s payment and shown on the summary screen before every payment; management receives the full dues amount. Every plan includes every feature; paid plans have no Binago service fee.
