TRNC Central Bank rates: Rates are fetched daily; the rate on the payment day and the lira amount are recorded.
Display currency: Residents view their balance in the original currency or in ₺, £ or $.

Requests with photos: Residents report a repair, complaint or suggestion with a photo from the camera.

Maintenance schedule: Recurring jobs and contractors; mark one done and the next date is calculated automatically.
Stock: Supplies in and out; items below the critical level are listed first.
Vehicle register: Plates registered to each flat; search a plate to find its flat.

Balance and history: Amount due, due dates and past payments, always in their pocket.
Pay by selection: Pick the charges to pay and settle them together: by card, or by transfer to the IBAN with the receipt uploaded.
My vehicles: Add the vehicles registered to their flat themselves.
More than one flat: Owners with several flats switch between them with one tap.
